About Coconut Cottage
Coconut Cottage was once a part of Lord Monson’s Round Hill Estate, a sugarcane plantation that later grew coconuts, pineapples, and pimento. Conceived by Jamaica-born entrepreneur John Pringle, the modern Round Hill opened its doors in 1953 and ever since has been an exclusive destination for the British royals, American presidents, and prominent business leaders, artists, writers, musicians, and actors.
Your reservation at Coconut Cottage includes full access to the property and its five suites as well as a Round Hill Resort membership. From Coconut Cottage it’s just five minutes to shops, restaurants, and Round Hill Beach; a private driver and 12-passenger van can take you. This luxurious villa makes it easy to kick off your shoes, relax, and be rejuvenated in gorgeous Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Cradled in the lush embrace of the garden are the main villa and three large en-suite bedrooms.
The entrance hall, great room, and dining area open onto a spacious deck complete with a comfortable bamboo seating pavilion, large heated jacuzzi and infinity edge pool. Linked to the main villa by a garden walkway is the four-bedroom guest villa, all with large en-suite bathrooms and opening onto balconies with views of the bay.

From the moment you arrive, you will be warmly greeted and well cared for by the exceptional staff. Your butler, chef, housekeeper, laundress, gardener, and security staff will cater to your every need. Our week-long and 5-day stays also include a full-time driver and a 12-passenger van that is available to shuttle you to the nearby Round Hill Resort and beach (5 minutes away) as well take you to the local shops, restaurants, and attractions. With such generous hospitality and all of the details taken care of, you will find it easy to kick off your shoes and completely relax in this private and secluded tropical haven.
